Non perishable items can receive the option of a full refund or store credit once item is shipped back in tact.  This does not include shipping cost. Please contact akanishealthfood@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Perishable Goods

As a perishable good, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases unless the product arrives defective or damaged. 

If an item has arrived faulty and needs to be returned, please contact akanishealthfood@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers. In the off chance your product doesn't arrive, it may have been returned back to us if you entered the wrong details.
